• Returns or Exchange - Returns will be accepted for inspection & exchange with authorization. Items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition.
  • To return an item, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@wcbbqco.com within 30 days or purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.

  • Refunds – New or unused merchandise will be accepted for credit up to 30 days after original invoice date. All credits will be applied toward your account. Credit will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the items. Please allow 5 - 10 days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.
